Informativa agli interessati delle schede (Art. 14 GDPR)

Questa informativa è rivolta alle persone fisiche (titolari di attività, professionisti, ditte individuali) i cui dati compaiono nelle schede di InComune create a partire da fonti pubbliche, cioè senza che tu ci abbia fornito direttamente le informazioni. Te la forniamo ai sensi dell'Art. 14 del Regolamento UE 2016/679 (GDPR).

Se invece ti sei registrato, hai segnalato la tua attività o hai rivendicato una scheda, fai riferimento alla Privacy Policy generale.

4. Perché li trattiamo e su quale base giuridica

Finalità: offrire ai cittadini di Novoli un punto di riferimento aggiornato sulle realtà locali (attività, professionisti, associazioni, chiese, luoghi pubblici), a partire da informazioni già pubbliche.

Base giuridica: legittimo interesse (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). L'interesse legittimo perseguito è fornire un servizio informativo locale utile alla comunità; trattando solo dati già pubblici e limitati ai contatti, l'impatto sulla tua privacy è minimo. Quando sei tu a segnalarti o a rivendicare la scheda, la base giuridica diventa il tuo consenso (Art. 6.1.a).

5. Con chi li condividiamo

I contatti pubblicati sulla scheda sono visibili agli utenti dell'app. Sul piano tecnico i dati sono conservati dal nostro fornitore di database e hosting Supabase (server nell'Unione Europea, Francoforte). Non vendiamo né cediamo i dati a terzi per finalità commerciali.

6. Per quanto tempo li conserviamo

Manteniamo la scheda finché resta utile al servizio o finché non ne richiedi la rimozione. Se chiedi la cancellazione, la scheda viene nascosta subito e rimossa in via definitiva entro 7 giorni.

8. Perché non ti abbiamo contattato individualmente

Le schede pre-popolate riguardano oltre 200 entità di Novoli, per molte delle quali è disponibile solo un recapito pubblico generico. Contattare singolarmente ogni interessato comporterebbe uno sforzo sproporzionato ai sensi dell'Art. 14.5.b GDPR. Per questo, come misura compensativa, rendiamo questa informativa pubblicamente disponibile e la colleghiamo da ogni scheda interessata e dalla Privacy Policy, e teniamo sempre attivo, in fondo a ogni scheda, un canale visibile per esercitare i tuoi diritti.

This notice is addressed to the natural persons (business owners, professionals, sole proprietors) whose data appears in InComune listings created from public sources, i.e. without you providing the information to us directly. We provide it pursuant to Art. 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

If instead you registered, submitted your business, or claimed a listing, please refer to the general Privacy Policy.

4. Why we process it and on what legal basis

Purpose: to give Novoli citizens an up-to-date reference on local entities (businesses, professionals, associations, churches, public places), based on already-public information.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). The legitimate interest pursued is providing a useful local information service to the community; by processing only already-public, contact-limited data, the impact on your privacy is minimal. When you self-submit or claim the listing, the legal basis becomes your consent (Art. 6.1.a).

5. Who we share it with

The contact details published in the listing are visible to app users. Technically, data is stored by our database and hosting provider Supabase (servers in the European Union, Frankfurt). We do not sell or transfer data to third parties for commercial purposes.

6. How long we keep it

We keep the listing as long as it remains useful to the service or until you request its removal. If you request deletion, the listing is hidden immediately and permanently removed within 7 days.

8. Why we did not contact you individually

The pre-populated listings cover more than 200 entities in Novoli, many of which only have a generic public contact. Individually contacting each data subject would involve a disproportionate effort within the meaning of Art. 14.5.b GDPR. As a compensatory measure, we therefore make this notice publicly available, link it from every affected listing and from the Privacy Policy, and always keep a visible channel at the bottom of each listing for exercising your rights.
